Weaving
We are specialist in weaving sector and have more than 1000 looms which can weave up to 144". Ali Textiles have capability to weave all counts and constructions like Plain Weave, Percale, Half Panama, Full Panama, Drill, Twill, Satin, Jacquard and Plain Cotton as well. We have full command on weaving since weaving is the backbone of our's, by using best yarn we are producing best qualities which have at the moment great demand all over the world.
Designing
Ali Textiles have most modern and well equipped Design Studio and in a month we are developing about 300 new designs. We have skilled and well trained team of professional artists who have their sole responsibility as creation of superior and incredible designs. Ali Textiles have both classic and modern facilities for engraving like "CST Engraving Computer System" which facilitate the work flow.
Printing
Ali Textiles have Two Reggani Rotary Machines having wider width up to 12 color printing facility along with three repeats 640mm, 820mm and 914mm. ( Reggani manufactured by Italy )
Dyeing & Finishing
Our Finishing Unit is rich enough with Singeing, De-Sizing facility, along with AlKan, Brockner, Monfors, Famatex latest machines having installed Heat Setting and Mathlo system. Fabric could be finished for Water Repellant and Fire Retardant with Silicon Finish. "Ali Textiles” is also enjoying three imported seven bowls, wider width calendaring machines. Its cotton bowl make the fabric extra soft and finishes the fabric with a special shiny finish.
Stitching
Ali Textiles have its own neat and clean stitching department which consist of about 150 stitching machines including JUKI Machines, Safety/ Chain Stitching Gathering machines. Ali Textiles have very professional and skilled staff as every piece of Made up is assured to be produced at its very fine quality.
